RETURNS
Please note that returns DO NOT APPLY TO CONSIGNMENT ITEMS and are only available for buyers whose shipping address is in France.
Article L. 221-18 of the FCC (French Consumer Code) sets out the general principle that a consumer who makes a purchase ONLINE (this site : goodjo.fr) has 14 days to change his/her mind.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNWORN, with TAGS. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The RETURN COSTS (such as shipping fees or customs duties) REMAIN THE RESPONSABILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Please note that if your country of residence is not France, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
EXCHANGES
We do not (cannot) accept exchanges as every vintage clothes we sell is unique.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded by bank transfer within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
